Kitewing and Kitewing Accessories
The Kitewing (previously known as the Kitewing Skimbat or just Skimbat) is an ultra-light hand held wing shaped kite that can be used in sailing on ice, snow and land with a pair of skis, skates or a snowboard in winter and roller blades, mountain boards or a Dirtsurfer in summer. As a general rule, the Kitewing works best in winds of 10 mph or more on hard surfaces (asphalt, ice, etc.), 15 mph or more on medium and soft pack surfaces (grass, snow, sand, etc). When first learning to use your Kitewing, it is safer and easier to start out in the lower wind ranges.
Most riders learn to cruise with the Kitewing in half an hour. At the same time there seems to be no limit to the amazing jumps and tricks that are being developed by many riders around the globe at the moment: Speeds up to 62 mp/h and 15 ft high, 130 ft long jumps on flat surface are not unusual.
DangerousToys keeps a full line of Kitewings in stock and ready to ship. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Dirtsurfer and Dirtsurfer Accessories
Surfing and snowboarding both have the common characteristic of that great fluid-turning motion and the two-wheeled in-line design of the Dirtsurfer truly mimics this motion. The patented steering geometry is initially stabilized by rider weight and further stabilized by the progressive gyroscopic stability instilled by increasing speed of the two in-line wheels. Speed wobbles are a thing of the past!
Traditional three and four wheeled skateboards all must incorporate a chassis or truck system that must move independently from the deck. However, this is a real compromise because there is always an in-built disparity and design complication between the chassis and the deck.
Surfboards and snowboards completely lean with and are at one with the rider. There is no secondary truck system. The Dirtsurfer shares that beautiful free-flowing feeling because it too leans with the rider without a compromise between a separate deck and chassis.
Dangerous Toys has on site demos available. If you have any questions about anything, feel free to give us a call.
